Learn To Run Clinics Outdoor Adventures
Workshops:
Encore's Workshops are available at specific times throughout the year. If you have a group of 4 or more, we would be happy to accommodate a time for your group. If you have a specific topic that you would like us to help you with, please let us know and we will do our best to custom design your workshop. All workshops are 1.5 hours in length and cost $25.00/participant.
Stability Ball
Learn proper techniques to strengthen and stretch your body using one of the most popular methods of exercise. You will be amazed by the variety of exercises you can include in your full body workout.
Abdominal Workshop
Always wanted that 6 pack? This workshop will leave you with the tools necessary to start building those muscles and some you never knew you had.
Balance and Core Conditioning
Learn the tools necessary to improve your balance and condition those muscles responsible for keeping us on our feet. A variety of unstable toys such as foam rollers, balance boards, BOSU's and Stability Balls will be used to challenge your balance.
Nutrition Workshop "Foods for Strength"
Join us for an informative session where you will be educated on how to give your body what it needs for optimal health and performance in a realistic lifestyle. We will explain how foods are categorized and why we need each one (protein, carbs and fat), what the best sources are, and when the best time is to eat them. This presentation will also focus on the nutrient requirements for athletes of all ages and give you a better understanding of pre game meals/snacks and the truth behind sports drinks and bars.
Fit For Vacation (The Tubing and Band Workout)
With the busy lives we lead these days, there are many excuses not to exercise. Going on vacation or business trips frequently can often get in the way of your fitness routine. By learning how to use the bands and tubing effectively for an all over workout, we will be able to take these easy to pack items with us on our ventures and leave the excuses at home.
Stretching and Flexibility
Having trouble sleeping? Getting out of bed in the morning? Feeling like the simple things are not so simple anymore? Chances are you body is starting to tighten up and perhaps limit the things you were once capable of doing. Learn a step by step sequence of stretches that will truly help you sleep better and live the functional life you have been accustomed to once again.

Classes:
Encore Fitness Solutions currently offers several small group classes each week. With the variety of tools we have such as Free Weights, Bands, Balls, Bosu’s, Medicine Balls, Body Bars, (and the list goes on) classes are never the same twice. We strive for an inviting atmosphere to make it fun and manageable for all ages and abilities. All classes are kept to a minimum # of participants to ensure maximum attention throughout the 55min class. Sessions run over a 6 week period at a cost of $48/6 sessions + gst.
If you have a favourite class that you would like to see us offer, please let us know. Put together a group minimum of 5 people and we can customize a session at your place of preference.
Athletic Conditioning
Take your conditioning to another level. Whether you are a former athlete or simply a weekend warrior, this class will allow you to train like the pros. Bosu's, stability balls, leap frogs and other fun tools will be used to give your body a total workout.
Circuit Classes
These heart pumping classes will offer a variety of activities that takes your mind off exercise and make you feel like a kid again.
Total Body Conditioning (TBC)
Join Sharon for a total strength class where you will work at your own pace using body bars, tubing, weights, balls and steps.
Strength Combo
Add a complete variety to your workout. We will combine TBC, Circuit, Ball and all fun tools we have to give you a complete workout. Boredom will never be an issue in this class!

Personal Training:
| $55 /session | This is typically for people that want to update their program and are confident with proper technique. |
| $150 | Just get me started! This will include a consultation, fitness program and 2 extended personal training sessions to make sure you are fully comfortable with each exercise before you take it on yourself. |
| $500 /10 sessions | Best suited for people that like to be challenged and require an appointment for motivation. |
Semi-Private 2 people
If you prefer to workout with someone you know, this may be your best option.

Sports Conditioning:
Bring your team to the next level. Encore will give you the tools you need to elevate your teams performance by using many of the techniques the professionals use. This curriculum consists of working to balance all aspects of each sport; strength, power, speed, agility, quickness and balance, through a variety of exercises with an emphasis on working hard, having fun and being safe. $100/hour $550/6 hours $1000/12 hours

Learn to Run Clinics:
If you have taken a vacation from running or have yet to lace up those running shoes, join this group of freshly motivated beginner runners and experience the natural high. We will work together to complete a 10km run. Cost per participant for 10 sessions is $100. Call for the next start date.

Outdoor Adventures:
At Encore, we love to adventure out in to this beautiful Province and experience new thrills with others. Some of our favourites are hiking the Grind at Grouse Mountain, kayaking the ocean shores at Deep Cove, Biking in our backyard at the Watershed, Snowshoeing on the local mountains, and rafting the rapids near Boston Bar. If you have ever wanted to try something slightly out of your comfort zone, we will do our best to make it happen for you. All adventure days are done at a leisurely pace and accommodating for most abilities. Call to find out where we are venturing to next.
